Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, please reach out to us at info@trademetcg.com, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be requested before your order has shipped, but please note that a 3% cancellation fee will be applied. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction and will be deducted from your refund.
